realizada por detectives de la <strong data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"347\">Brigada Investigadora de Delitos Sexuales (Brisex) de Chill\u00e1n<\/strong>, en el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n instruida por el <strong data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"421\">Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"712\">Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el jefe subrogante de la unidad, <strong data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"499\">comisario Arturo Badilla<\/strong>, las primeras diligencias incluyeron la concurrencia de los detectives al <strong data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"600\">Hospital de San Carlos<\/strong>, donde se efectu\u00f3 un <strong data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"658\">peritaje sexol\u00f3gico a la v\u00edctima<\/strong>, el cual permiti\u00f3 confirmar la existencia del delito.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"998\">De acuerdo con los antecedentes de la investigaci\u00f3n, el imputado habr\u00eda <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"855\">aprovechado la confianza de su pareja, quien es madre de la menor<\/strong>, para cometer el ataque.
